Energy Cleansing Class

Learn simple tools to help you improve your life. We offer periodic classes and workshops. If you are interested in any of our classes and we either don't have it scheduled at a day/time that is convenient to you or we have no classes scheduled at all, let us know.

If you would like to host a class at your company or for your friends, let us know.

FREE Class - Learn to take Energy Bath

We go through a roller coaster of emotions all day long, fluctuating between being happy, sad, frustrated, angry, upset, patient, unhappy, fearful, anxious, joyful and more. Its great to record and keep the positive emotions in our mind but it would be great if we can let go of the negative emotions.

Negative emotions drain our energy. They increase our stress levels, anxiety, depression, frustration level. They decrease our tolerance level. Just like we take a physical bath every day, we can learn to take an energy bath everyday. Keep our energy body clean. Remove emotions we don't need daily so we don't burst like a volcano one day. Have you experienced at times that your reaction to things are out of proportion to the event itself? That's due to build up of negative emotions over a period of time.

I want to teach you how to do some very simple things to take an energy bath. Really simple and easy to do. This will help you clease yourself daily. Come learn with me. This is a FREE class. No charge.We spend so much time and put in effort to exercise our physical body. But most of our issues in life are with respect to our emotional body. How can we stabalize our emotions, our feelings.

Come learn with me. Simple and highly effective tools. Its a FREE class. Join me on any one of these days. It's so simple to learn that you need only 1/2 hour. You need only 10 minutes daily to take an energy bath. As you get better at the tool, you may need even less time.
