BE SLIM PACKAGE

We call our program 'Be Slim' and not weight loss as our objective is much larger than just losing weight. We believe in holistic approach as becoming slim should happen naturally by developing right habits and beliefs about ourself. When our thoughts, emotions, values and habits are aligned than becoming slim is effortless. Not only do we want to become slim, we want to remain slim for the rest of our life. So the objective of our program is not just losing weight but more importantly maintaining the weight loss, being fit and having energy to go through life and fulfil our goals.

 

The Be Slim package focuses on eating habits, remove one craving, increase motivation to exercise. We provide life coaching to change our beliefs, habits, look at weight loss in new light and sustain being fit and healthy along with being slim and trim. 

 

You can start afresh or continue whatever weight loss program you are following. But all programs require you to change some aspects of your eating habits, eating patterns and maybe to exercise more.

 

We use holistic approach (life coaching, hypnotherapy and at times energy healing) to make these changes long lasting and easy to implement without use of will power. Just as your current food pantry tastes good and gives you pleasure, you can switch to using a new healthy food pantry and get as much pleasure and happiness with it.

 

In summary, The BE SLIM package includes: 

  • 6 sessions. Each session lasts approximately an hour.
  • 3 recordings (yours to keep)
  • Email Support for 6 months

 

The sessions can help you to change your eating habits, increase motivation to exercise, increase your metabolism. You can remove any one craving and eating behaviors that are stopping you from reaching your weight loss goals.

 

You can do this via phone, Skype or in person. It all works effectively.

  • Hypnosis for Weight Loss: Does It Work?

    Yes, research demonstrates a significant effect when using hypnosis for weight loss. In a 9-week study of two weight management groups (one using hypnosis and one not using hypnosis), the hypnosis group continued to get results in the two-year follow-up, while the non-hypnosis group showed no further results (Journal of Clinical Psychology, 1985).

    In a study of 60 women separated into hypnosis versus non-hypnosis groups, the groups using hypnosis lost an average of 17 pounds, while the non-hypnosis group lost an average of only .5 pounds (Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, 1986).
    In a meta-analysis, comparing the results of adding hypnosis to weight loss treatment across multiple studies showed that adding hypnosis increased weight loss by an average of 97% during treatment, and even more importantly increased the effectiveness POST TREATMENT by over 146%. This shows that hypnosis works even better over time (Journal of Consulting and Clinical Psychology, 1996).

    Over the years, I've learned that one of things that allows me to be a successful doctor is to have an open mind -- to be able to hear about new ideas and test them without condemning them up front.

I have had weight issues all my life. Partly it was due to my eating habits and partly for unknown reasons.  It was like if I don't run 5 miles a day... I can't maintain my weight. Watching my diet was very hard for me, until Karuna helped me change my eating habits, increase motivation to exercise, using Hypnotherapy.
 
I have been in Hypnotherapy sessions with Karuna since last 5 months. I started seeing changes in my eating habits from week one. Now, I make healthy eating choices everyday without any effort.
