Unless we understand who we are, how we are manifesting our current reality, we cannot change our life. In this talk, we want you to know you are more than your physical body. You have more bodies and to rid yourself of pain and suffering you have to take care of all of your bodies. Combining science and spirituality in this talk and addressing the following questions:

Nearly all people around the world want a better tomorrow. They want peace, they want to be happy, they want better relationships, fulfilling careers, abundance of health, wealth, more time to relax, travel and more. We really are all similar and that is so profound.Why is it so difficult for most people to dream big? To believe they can achieve their dreams? Why cannot we do what we love doing whether it is gardening, creating music, traveling, cooking, develop technology, sail around the world, help others as full time well paying careers? It is the energy of our current reality that does not allow us to reach so high.We are all energy beings and we are affected by the energy around us, within us and outside of our planet. Our current energy frequency is our current consciousness, our current reality. This is the 3D (3rd dimension) world as we call it in our spiritual world. We have to raise our frequency to move into higher consciousness, the 4D or 5D world. This higher consciousness dimension is of peace, harmony, love, manifesting whatever we desire and more. However we cannot move to 4D or higher with our baggage of negativity. We have to shed all the negativity first. It does take effort, commitment and dedication to make this change. We have to get out of the apathy state we are in today. Time to awaken. How amazing to always live in peace and be a creator full time!. Just writing this makes me smile :).
