     Reiki Energy helps to balance your physical, emotional, mental and spiritual selves. Getting Reiki energy frequently is an ideal approach to healing. To be a good athlete or get the best benefits from exercising, experts recommend working out more frequently than a long intensive session once a week. One long session per week definitely benefits you versus not exercising at all. However the benefits are multiplied many folds if you can do it three times a week. So if you plan to exercise 1.5 hours a week, experts recommend that you do 1/2 hour three times a week versus doing 1.5 hours once a week.

The same concept applies to energy healing. Taking gradual doses of the wonderful spiritual energy three times a week provides quicker results and better balance of our mind and body. However it is not always easy in terms of time, money and effort to go to a Reiki practitoner to receive Reiki energy three times a week.

A loved one of mine, at age 81 was ailing, weak & experiencing pain. This was because of some complications in an emergency tracheostomy surgery done on him, due to a life threatening medical condition.
