Last week I did not feel that I was stressing

when talking. I feel relaxed and talked fine during a party I went to. I even sang. Feel more sure about talking and much more comfortable. Even a very close friend noticed that I was talking much better, I am more calm and speaking clearly. Talking to strangers has become good now. I used to tense up earlier when I had to talk to strangers or people in authority. Now I am so much better. Feel good after talking. Overall doing much better. It is very encouraging. I spoke to my school principal and other teachers yesterday and it went so well. I feel so good about the discussion. I would have stammered earlier.
