We are in an information overload era. That itself creates a lot of stress besides stress of balancing work and personal life, stress at work, family stress factors, tight timelines, health issues and more. Learning some simple tools and techniques to handle stress can help everyone a lot. 

In the Stress Management class we will teach and practice some techniques together. You will feel refreshed, rejuvenated and ready for the rest of the day after doing this class. Class duration would be an hour. Our techniques aim at relaxing the physical body, the emotional body and the mental body. End result is calmer emotions, clearer thinking, relaxed body. 

You can do the class for any group of people whether it is your team, your department, across departments. 

Class Duration: 1 hour (can be tailored for shorter duration or longer duration).

Cost: Depends on number of people and location of the client. 

Meditation helps us in numerous ways and we can google and read tons of information on how meditation helps with physical health, emotional health, connecting mind, body and spirit and more. We teach techniques that you can incorporate in your daily life effortlessly. Besides the conventional technique of sitting quietly and meditating which is excellent, what we find is that we can meditate doing everyday tasks. This way of meditation does not require special place or time. Whatever activities you do today, you can use these activities to meditate. Our approach is unique. Easy to incorporate in your life. As we teach, we will practice together.

We will learn unique and novel ways to foster strong team building among members of a team. A team working with peace, harmony and as one will produce great results in a relaxed environment. Learning these techniques will  help the employee incorporate it in their personal life as well with friends, family and others. Making it easier for employees to have a better work life balance. 

Important skills to have an efficient team is rapport in the team members, effective listening skills, great energy (I am an energy healer), ability to work together for a common result, meeting team agenda, time lines and more. There are holistic approaches to team building and you will truly enjoy incorporating these in your teams.  This would be more a workshop than just a class.

Class Duration:  Ideally 2 hours, though we can tailor to your needs.

Reiki is a fascinating energy healing modality. You can enjoy reiki for any aspect of your life whether it is physical issuses, emotional pain, mental disturbances, increasing creativity, positivity and more. Enjoying a reiki healing session makes you feel relaxed and calm so you can use it for relaxation and stress reduction. We can do individual sessions or we can do group Reiki sessions. Both are effective.  Reiki healing can be a light touch or it can be done without touch. We will bring the Reiki table for individual sessions. For group sessions you would need a place with comfortable seating or yoga mats. 

Duration: An hour. We can do 30 minutes sessions as well.
